Extremely friendly, the owner Dean took my call and told me to come on in and they’d check out my Freightliner right away, and they did. He explained exactly what they were doing with my trailer light electrical issue and the head mechanic was great to deal with as well. The highlight of my experience was the super attentive and hard working person in the office, Shauna. She was very pleasant and we engaged in great conversation and I just wanted to say this is a great place to get your big rig worked on, and they won’t rip you off- just plain good people here!! Coming here is much better than going to Love’s, TA, etc. no comparison- Beacon truck repair is going to diagnose and fix your issue and they’ll do it for less money than you’d think!!
